Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the US and 6 weeks for delivery outside the US. Rush deliveries are usually not possible. Please do not write to inquire about the status of your order unless it is late. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks (US) or 6 weeks (outside the US), notify us directly by email at info@mangoproducts.net. If you contact Paypal instead, it may delay our ability to resolve any problem while they reverse the payment and conduct an investigation.

Paypal is entirely responsible for processing your payment and charging your credit card. Mango Products never sees your credit card number. Paypal charges your credit card on the day you place your order; we have no control over it.

When you place your order, Paypal will send you an email confirmation. When you receive this, it means that your order went through and was sent on to Mango Products. You will not receive an order confirmation from Mango Products. If you do not receive a confirmation from Paypal, it usually means your order did not go through and your credit card was not charged. In that case you should check your Paypal account to see if it was processed, or contact Paypal’s customer service.

If the address you have on file with Paypal is not your current delivery address, you should change the address with Paypal before ordering. When the mailing labels are printed, they are automatically addressed exactly as you entered them when you placed your order, and it is inconvenient and time consuming for us to change them. We try to keep track of requests for address changes but cannot guarantee them.

Please make sure your address is complete and correct, and do not use any abbreviations or informal designations (e.g. “Corner of Main and First”). Postal regulations in most countries prohibit delivery of packages without a proper name. You may use an initial for your first name, but you must use your real last name.

All outer packaging is plain and discreet. Domestic packages are unmarked, but international customs regulations require that the contents be declared on the customs label. We use Medical Prosthesis or Medical Vest on the labels and stamp the packages Medical Equipment, as this seems to minimize customs delays and facilitate prompt delivery.

When your mailing label is printed, you will receive email notification from Paypal with your tracking number. About 12 hours after your label is printed, you can track your order at www.usps.com. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US and Express Mail International outside the US.

When writing regarding an order, always use the same email address and/or name as are on the order. You must also include the Paypal receipt or transaction number.

TO ORDER BY MAIL - Please send a MONEY ORDER or BANK CHECK in US dollars made out to Mango Products for the total amount including shipping. Do not send personal checks! Be sure to print out the order form on the Ordering page, fill it out completely, and send it along with your payment.
